- Leaks at any joint, end cap, or outlet we installed or sealed
- Hangers pulling loose due to improper installation spacing or technique
- Downspout connections and transitions we fabricated
- Gutter pitch defects that cause improper drainage or standing water
- Leaf guard installation defects
What Isn't Covered
- Damage caused by extreme weather events (ice slides, fallen trees, storm debris)
- Gutters modified or repaired by another contractor after our installation
- Clogging from debris accumulation (normal maintenance — see our cleaning service)
- Fascia board damage that was pre-existing at time of installation

Gutter Brothers holds Nevada contractor license #60318 and carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. You're protected whether something goes wrong with the work or on the job site.
We've been in business since 2004. We're not going anywhere — if you have a warranty issue next year or the year after, we'll still be here to honor it.
