There are no deposits required upfront for standard residential jobs. We complete the work, you inspect it, and then payment is due. Simple as that.

Commercial & Large Projects
For commercial properties and larger projects, we may arrange a payment schedule with a deposit upon material order and balance due upon completion. This is discussed and agreed upon in writing before any work begins.
Transparent Pricing, Always
The price in your written estimate is the price you pay — unless you add scope. We don't surprise customers with fees after the work is done. If we encounter unexpected conditions (like rotted fascia boards that need replacing), we call you before proceeding, not after.
